My Story

I  am a  Men’s Empowered Action Coach specializing in accountability, focused action, and goal achievement. I am passionate about men becoming better men in all areas of our lives."

I wasn’t taught how to be a man by a man. I was raised by a single mother in West Harrison, NY—a woman who had a remarkable way of breaking you down just enough to build you back stronger. She had fire and compassion in equal measure. She didn’t just raise me; she forged me. Everything I know about resilience, integrity, and showing up fully in life started with her.

I took those early lessons and carved my own path—earning a degree from Emerson College in Boston and spending over 30 years leading high-stakes teams in the fast-paced world of Media & Entertainment. I’ve built companies, made million-dollar decisions, and navigated the corporate battlefield. But none of that compared to the personal challenges I would face outside the boardroom.

I’ve raised two children, each with wildly different journeys. One is a top-level college hockey player—an elite athlete who's competed alongside NHLers and top draft picks. From mini-mites to boarding school and now college, I’ve seen the grit and sacrifice it takes to play at that level, and what it takes as a parent to support it.

The other child fought a darker battle—addiction. Fentanyl. As a father, I stood in the fire with them. I watched them fall, and rise again. Today, they are thriving, and I carry that experience with reverence and gratitude. Addiction is brutal. But so is shame—and I’ve learned that silence is often its greatest weapon.

I’ve been married, divorced, and remarried. I’ve lived with someone battling alcoholism. At one point, I weighed 360 pounds. I know what it feels like to lose yourself—to numb, to survive, to settle. But I also know what it takes to change, to recommit, to fight your way back. That fight is why I became a Life Coach for men.

Not because I have all the answers—but because I’ve been through the questions. I know the walls men hit: burnout, isolation, aimlessness, the pressure to always "be strong." I coach men who are ready to confront themselves honestly. Men who want accountability, clarity, and action—not platitudes. Men who are tired of coasting and ready to get serious about becoming the man they know they could be.

This isn’t motivational fluff. This is real work. The kind that rewires how you lead, love, and live. And I don’t do it alone. I partner with my wife, Lisa—an incredible coach who supports women navigating their own life transitions. Together, we offer a holistic path forward for those ready to grow.

This is what I believe: Men are not broken. We’re just often unchallenged, unsupported, or unawaken. But when we show up with intention, we become unstoppable.

If you’re ready to stop settling and start building something real—your career, your body, your relationships, your peace—I’m here. Let’s do the work.

Happily with the love of my life and I am now the man I want to be for her, my children and my friends!
